How licensing works
Per machine
One license activates Bakvora on one Windows computer or server. The license is bound to that machine’s hardware fingerprint.
Subscription or perpetual
A subscription runs for 12 months and renews at the lower renewal price. A perpetual license never expires and includes 12 months of updates and support.
Renewals
Renew before expiry to keep the renewal price. If a subscription lapses, backups stop running until it is renewed; your jobs and settings are kept. A perpetual license keeps working without renewal — you just stop receiving new versions and support.
Moving to new hardware
Replacing a machine? Contact support with your license key and we will release it for reactivation on the new hardware.
Upgrades
Upgrade from Standard to Professional at any time and pay only the difference for the remaining term.
